ACC-1610

The ACC-1610 Pre-Cooler is a low-cost alternative to higher-capacity gas conditioners. ACC-1610 uses ambient air to reduce the dew point and separate any condensed moisture. The pre-cooler reduces the load on the main gas cooler and ensures that moisture stays out of the gas sample stream.

It relies on an aluminum heat exchanger tube and 2 high flow fans to lower the dew point and moisture concentration of sample gas to 15-40 F above ambient temperature. The unit must be fitted with a peristaltic pump to extract condensate.
