Pumps
We provide a diverse selection of high-performance pumps designed for various applications. Our isokinetic pumps ensure precise sampling and flow measurement, while peristaltic pumps offer reliable fluid transfer with minimal contamination. For gas sampling, our gas sampling bag pumps deliver efficient and accurate collection, and our submersible pumps are engineered for effective fluid movement in challenging environments.
Isokinetic Pumps
If the console does not have an internal diaphragm pump, it will require an external pump. The external pump unit provides the vacuum that draws the sample from the stack. The most common type of pump assembly attaches to the source sampler console via an electrical receptacle and two (2) 1.524 m (5 ft.) hose extensions with 9.525 mm (3/8 in.) quick-connects (configured with a male connector on the pressure side and a female connector on the suction side.
Ei-838
The Ei-838 External Sampling Pump is our newest and lightest pump yet. The diaphragm pump is German-engineered and American-made. The lightweight and compact makes it easy to use and easy to transport.
Peristaltic Pumps
Peristaltic pumps are useful in a variety of applications. The material to be pumped only comes in contact with the tubing. This is ideal for applications where the product to be moved or pumped should not touch any foreign materials. Also, peristaltic pumps are precision flow rate devices with each revolution of the roller assembly delivering a precise amount of gas. Finally, peristaltic pumps are self-priming and can handle a wide variety of viscosities, from air to gases to heavy slurries.
Apex features three lines of peristaltic pumps for a variety of markets – from laboratory applications to process engineering to heavy-duty production and manufacturing. Our pumps are accurate, durable, and easy to use. Economically priced, fixed-flow peristaltic pumps are available for a wide range of flows.
Gas Sampling Bag Pump
The TPB-102 Series Gas Sampling Pumps feature a KNF UNI-86KNI pump, which is constructed with a polyphenylene sulfide plastic (PPS) pump head and a structured ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) rubber diaphragm.
Submersible Pumps
We also offer submersible coolant pumps at different voltages and gallons per watt/hour.
